I reported an item as faulty 6 weeks ago. It was only collected after four weeks and since then I have not had any feedback. just a computer generated e-mail saying the the return is being evaluated. I do not want a new item from Kalahari. I do not want a credit on my account as I will not be using it to buy from Kalahari again. I want my money returned ASAP.
