My sister and I ordered a Gobi tablet as a birthday gift.the slot for the SD card was faulty, and the card we loaded disappeared into the machine. I arranged that it be collected on 2 December. My email requesting a return was lost and it was only with the help of a supervisor that it collected on 3 December. The 14 day long refund process was explained to me.although we had order the tablet and received it in plenty of time for the birthday, the faulty with the item meant that there was no way we would be able to have it on the day. Despite this being Kalahari's fault, no one was willing to assist at all with this inconvenience. My sister and I have spoken with several consultants and We have received inconsistent information. One consultant informed me that this is a known fault with the item and we would be refunded by 12 December. One told my sister that the refund, if approved would only be finalized by 23 December. My last call to a consultant was to find out the progress of the return, and I was promised a call back with information. I am still waiting for the call. It is simply unacceptable. Kalahari has lost two customers. I am trying not to think about how to get my SD card back.
