This is the first time I have had to return something to Kalahari and it has taken them a month from complaint for them to sort out my problem and make arrangements to collect my package. I realize now that I have to pay a R55 handling fee to return the item which was lacking the features listed on their website, Not only do I have to wait over 14 days to get my money refunded I will be R55 out of pocket. I was delivered the incorrect item why should I pay to send it back? Also why couldn't the correct item be sourced and exchanged for the incorrect item? I am very disappointed with the returns procedure and it has made me very wary of purchasing online again.
