Ridiculous returns charge

I ordered an item from [URL Removed] thinking it was a fitness DVD. To my surprise when it was delivered it was actually a fitness book. Fine, my mistake. On calling Kalahari to return the item half an hour later, I was told that there is a R 55.00 returns fee charged??!!

It cost me R 35.00 for delivery of the item and now to return it I must pay R 55.00?? I really cannot understand this and think it is unacceptable.

I demand an explanation of exactly where my money is going??
