Not allowed to fit goods or exchange

I went to Game Vaal Mall to purchase the Genie bra that Verimark advertises on TV. I asked if I am able to fit the product to ensure the correct size as I know you are not allowed to return underware. I was told that this is not allowed I am supposed to know my size. Being told that I took the size I always wear and to my surprise it is way to small now I sit with a set of 3 bras which I paid a pretty penny for and cannot do anything with but try to find someone that will buy it from me. How can a place advertise something like this and not allow you to fit. Is this a way for them to make money off of people seeing that you cannot exchange or return it.
