BROKEN COUCH

We bough a couch from Mr Price home end of January 2013. The couch broke and it was brought under the attention of Andries Pretorius who requested an email with pictures which was done. We also brought it under his attention that my son will be leaving for university holidays early November to Cape Town his home town. He promised to liase with my sons room mate Kobus who must also move out end of Novemer. Needless to say nobody is doing anything about the problem. I spoke to Guaan myself and my son went to see him personally. I tried to phone head office and Vanessa Moorvan is not available either. No phone back was offered either. Must we leave the couch in the street on the 30th? Guaan said he will phone back to let us know when the couch will be collected to no avail. Mr Price is giving us no co operation towards their faulty couch and collecting the same. We also told Guaan that the couch needs to be stored in Johannesburg and they did nothing to accomodate us. The only solution seems like paying someone to drop it at potch branch at their costs.
