I recieved baby clothes from a friend and she didnt retain the slip and it was girls clothes, so knowing it was brought from pick n pay i went there and asked them if i could exchage the clothes for boy clothes, in turn they gave me a gift card, with the value of R140 on so i went to go buy my son some clothes and the gift card didnt work the system was offline twice, i used the card, the following week which is today i used the card agian and only to fine out there is nothing on the card. very dissapointing and the service i recevied.
