REALLY???

I found out i was pregnant in february, then contacted clicks for this special they are running where when u spend R175 u can get a baby goodie bag, permitting u register with their baby club. registered in march somewhere, spend the bucks on baby stuff then i had to wait 3wks for delivery of the bag to my nearest clicks. since beginning of april til now i havent heard anything from clicks, until i just phoned them. to my surprise their consultant wanted to tell me that according to her system i was registered for baby club in december 2012 all ready!!! so bottom line, they cant give me a bag cos i wasnt pregnant then and i "apparently" registered before they started running the special in january 2013. i have the proof of the welcome letter from clicks baby club for march and the expired vouchers which i could lovingly have used before december 2012:) when i wasnt PREG or registered!!! its not about the bag, its about customer service and the way the shops lure u in to spend money for nothing, its embarrassing. i was basically told i am lying. BTW when i "supposedly" registered on the 17 of december 2012 i was on a plane to the UK, i can post my itenarary if u like;)
