NO REFUND OR EXHANGE ON BROKEN CLOTHES

ON THE 15TH OF JANUARY I PURCHASED 3 ITEMS FROM LASHIES FASION IN BRACKENFELL. WHEN I GOT HOME I NOTICED THAT TWO OF THE ITEMS WERE TORN . THE NEXT DAY I WENT BACK WITH THE PURCHASE SLIP AND TAGS ON THE ITEMS AND ASKED THEM IF I CAN EXCHANGE THE CLOTHING OR GET MY MONEY BACK FOR THEY SOLD ME TORN CLOTHES. THEIR RESPONSE WAS THAT LASHIES POLICIES DONOT ALLOW EXCHANGE OR TO GIVE MAONEY BACK AT ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, THEY WILL SEND THE CLOTHES TO THEIR SUPLLIER FIRST TO SEE WHO'S IS AT FAULT AND THEN ONLY WILL THEY INFORM ME IF THEY WILL EXCHANGE THE ITEMS. I THEN ASKED THE MANAGER TO PHONE THE OWNER TO EXPLAIN TO HER THAT THIS IS NOT MY FAULT AND I WOULD REALLY APPRECIATE IT IF THEY WOULD GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK, SHE REPLIED AND TOLD THE MANANGER THAT HE KNEW THE POLICIES AND THAT HE MUST NOT PHONE HER AGAIN. I FEEL THAT IVE BEEN ROBBED AS THEY DID NOT DO ANYTNING TO HELP ME TO RESOLVE THIS PROBLEM. HOW CAN YOU SELL CLOTHES THAT ARE BROKEN AND NOT GIVE THE CLIENTS MONEY BACK? IT IS NOT THE CLIENTS FAULT THAT THEY BUY FAULTY CLOTHES FROM THEIR SUPPLIER. I NEVER IN MY LIFE HEARD OF SUCH A PLOLICY. THEY WERE UNPROFESSIONAL AND DID NOT CARE ABOUT GOOD CLIENT SERVICE OR LASHIES REPUTATION.
