My mother bought a set of clothes for my 11 week old baby daughter as a present. Unfortunately it was to small for her to wear. Luckily my mother still had the slip, so I went to the store to have it exchanged. The shop assistant named Adel told me that she will not exchange it as it looks as if a baby has thrown up on it. This is impossible, as it was to small for my baby to wear it. I asked for the contact details of her supervisor and she supplied it to me. I went all the way home to phone the supervisor named Charmaine and she said they will exchange the clothes. So all the way back to the shop, just to be told by the same person that the clothes smell bad and it looks as if a baby has thrown up on it. She then jumps to her own conclusions and accuses me of wanting to exchange it for boys clothes. That was never mentioned or requested by me. When I asked her what I should do next she sarcastically told me to give it to someone who can use it. This is pathetic verbal abuse of a custome
