Disgusted at incompetent service

I am completely and utterly disappointed and disgusted at the service i have received from Perfect 10 Gateway. I went in to have my eyebrows done and was told to down on a workspace that was evidently not hygienic. I ended up getting wax all over my pants and jersey that refuses to come off. Do the beauty therapists not ensure that their workspace is clean and hygienic for every customer. And when i went back and told the staff about it, they appeared rude and arrogant and told me to phone the owner with my problem. Who is going to repay for my ruined clothing? I tried phoning the owner, Michelle who has yet to return my call. I will never go back there again and i will definitely tell all my friends and family as to the poor service delivery.
