Perfect 10
WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE!!!

This has been my 4th time at the Perfect 10 in Menlyn for a half leg wax but definitely my last!!

I have been waxing for over 10 years, and a half leg wax has always been to just above the knee. I have been to numerous different different salons in my life, and it has always been the same, even the previous 3 times at Perfect 10 Menlyn.

Suddenly today, the "manager/glorified teller" wanted to charge me for a 3/4 leg MEN'S wax!! This is R40 more than I usually pay (at this same branch!).

When I asked her to phone the owner, she did but was only told the previous therapists made a mistake, I need to pay for a 3/4 leg. And the owner is not willing to speak to me at all. I also asked when the owner will be in store and was told she is never there.

This is absolutely ridiculous!! You will never see me again! You are supposed to be a place to go and relax an beautify yourself, I just leave there mad and irritated and feeling ripped-off.
