POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

The service at perfect 10 gateway branch is disgusting. the employees have no respect or courtesy for their customers. they are rude and arrogant. when i went to do my nails, the nail technician that attended to me was extremely rude. she was not responsive to any of my request and extremely dismissive. all employees were not helpful as if me gong there was a favor to me. they are being paid to give good customer service, it being a beauty spa, a client is meant to feel comfortable and welcome. it was suppose to be a relaxing experience, the only thing i wanted to do was leave. also the employee's have no sense of respect for the clientele. many people walked in and when they left the employee's we basically passing catty remarks about them. there was also moments were the employee's had discussions about time constraints which should not happen infront of clients, it is they profession that they have chosen they should be well adjusted to the clients expectations. i will not be going there again due to the service i received.
