WORST EXPERIENCE!!!

I went to have my eyebrows waxed and shaped at Immaculate nails & beauty salon at Edgemead spar shopping centre. It was my first and (last) visit and I wanted them to shape my eyebrows professionally. This cost was a little bit higher, but I was happy to pay for a professional look. However the end result is an absolute mess, my eyebrows are shaped differently, their width is not the same and she did not clean the area between the eyebrows properly, the beautician also said she would do it step by step to see if I would like it, but then went ahead without my direction. A persons eyebrows really do make one's face and I am embarrassed for people to see me like this, very disappointed in the unprofessional service received!
