Legenz no refunds - against the law

I went to legenz mayfair looking for i outfit i got the perfect outfit and it was the perfect fit then my daughter told me there is a curry stain on the dress the sales lady told me she will have the stain removed by dry clean i paid for the outfit and i told her if stain is not out i wont take the dress after i week i return to the store nothing was done the dress is in the same condition i phone the owner she say she cant refund i told my husband to speak to her then she says she will take off 10%... is this fair people be careful of shops like this does the owner know the law i will be taking this further
why was a outfit with a curry stain in the shop is this shop selling second hand clothing or new
