DRY CLEAN CITY BLAIRGOWRIE

We recently sent a pair of pants to be mended, the tailor measured it on him and pinned it to the correct length. On the collection of the pants I took them home, when he tried them on they were very short, 3Cm above his ankles. We then took it back and they agreed to fix it but it is still short, I got in contact with the owner and she wanted to see the pants. The Owner then proceeded in telling me that, we agreed on the length at the first fitting. NOW anyone would not agree on that length, unless they were that short. There is a big gap between the shoes and the knee, the pants were sitting 3cm above the ankle. I requested the cash back for the alterations and the pants which is only R196.00, the pants are now ruined, yet the owner chooses to argue with the customer and insist on another fitting.
