NO LOYALTY CARDS FOR OVER 1YEAR

I have been going to perfect 10 in gateway for over a year now, and i have gone through many therapists because they are not happy and leave. i finally found 2 of the best therapists in durban who work here tuli whos now leaving and stare.
for the past year i asked the receptionist or the girls who answer the phone for a loyalty card and there has been none!!
i spend thousands of rands in this store every month to be getting nothing back almost every store has some loaylty program for 1year the girls have been telling me there will be coming soon or that i was not able to recieve a card as i did not meet the points system
i love perfect 10 because and only because of my therapists but honestly wake up i spend enough money and expect something back
