Damaged goods, poor service, no feedback

On the 3rd of December i lodged a complaint here, got no feedback. On the 28th of December i lodged another one still nothing. January 2012 took back side lamps which I received as a gift cause they were damaged. Left them at the shop cause at first the issue was not having the receipt, which was traced by the store manager&it was faxed to her, but for some reason she ended up deciding that I take back the side lamps, &I couldn't, left them at the shop cause they looked like second hands. In March I went to the store to check how far were they with handling my problem, was told by one of the store assistants that the manager said she will take the lamps to somebody who will sand paper them&repaint them. Didn't hear anything from them, till September when I went there to check again, but nothing was done. I called head office, they advised me to email my complaint of, which I did, they copied me when they forwarded it to the area manager&store manager, the response that I got was a call from the store assistant lady telling that her manager said I should come&take my lamps by the Friday of that week, asked her if they were fixed&the answer was no! Today is 07/05/2013, what do i do?
