Worst Online Shopping Experience Ever!!

I am extremely disappointed with this company. It's been one mistake after another. Firstly on 7/11 I ordered a rug and a set of table lamps from them. Order processed everything fine. Then 5 days later i receive an email telling me the lamps were out of stock. So I asked them to replace this set with another set that I liked. But instead of just replacing the lamps, this person decides to cancel the entire order. Then goes on to order the new lamps ONLY!! All this time I'm thinking everything is going smoothly as per emails.

Yesterday I received an email saying the rug would be dispatched between 19 -22 Nov. I'm all smiles thinking I'm finally getting my rug. Then today I receive another email telling me payment for the rug (that I bought 2 weeks ago) is confirmed, using my store credit and I will be advised when it leaves the warehouse. So this person cancelled my order, gave me store credit, then 2 weeks later (today) decides to reorder!!! Just how disorganised can 1 company be!

Absolutely disgusting service!! All promises nothing to back it up.
