I went to Game in the Boulders looking for the touch lamps they are advertising for R129-00 as I need 10 of these. They had none on display and as I need to know how strong the lights are as they work with 4 AA batteries, I asked whether they can put some batteries in for me, just to see. The reply was short and not so sweet, NO. I asked to see the manager and his answer was the same. he cannot put batteries in, what must he do with the batteries after? I must buy the lamps and I can bring them back. MR manager, if you don't have the authority to take a pack of batteries off the shelf, then go phone your head office and ask them if you may! Needless to say, I walked out. HUH? SHAME ON YOU GAME YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON-EXISTANT!
