Paid my account - threating messages

I paid a debit order to you in 02march, we then went into the branch on 30 March to pay for april as discussed with the lady at the desk, and which we normally do. A statement sent by you the middle of April said that there is no payment due, so how the hek can we be in arrears??

Please can someone assist as we have also received a statement to say that there is no payment due for this month, so how can we be in arrears??
Your kuilsriver branch does not exist, your customer care e-mail dont reply, and maravedi who sent me the sms yesterday and i called back agents are rude and ignorant. all they said was sorry then we made a mistake, not consfirming nothing.

I would like this e-mailed in writing that my account is upto date. as per the statement of account i have with me.

I have been a loyal custmer for 9 years. Do not change that.
