I have had the most abusive calls from Russells Head Office on a daily basis about my account. A statement was requested on 30 May as I knew my account was fully paid up. I received a statement on 31 May - and proof of my final payment that did not appear on the statement was sent. Since then not a word from Russells - just the continuous daily calls from Head Office about my account being in arrears - I mailed them 10; 11;18 & 20 June 2013 still no reply. I have really had enough of these calls - while I'm out shopping at work before work after hours.
I HAVE HAD IT WITH RUSSELLS!!!
