I placed an online order for a bed on 29 April 2013. Asked for delivery on Sat the 4th May, which was confirmed, and i was informed i would be notified 1 hour in advance for delivery. On the 4th, i received an sms at around 8am, stating my delivery would happen in the "afternoon" ..still waiting for an exact time. No delivery was made on the 4th, after spending the day on the phone, being told many different stories and after the consultant informing me he'll get back to me... then finding out he left to go home... i still havnt received my bed! apparently deliveries continue to 8pm on week nights... but i still have no confirmation that i will be receiving my bed!!!??
