Mr Delivery's Delivery Guy Swears at me

This afternoon at 13:35 I phoned the Weltevredenpark Branch (011 475 5597) and placed a lunch order for steers with Mr Delivery. They informed me that it would take 30 - 45 minutes for delivery.
At 15:21 their delivery guy, with cell no: 071 967 9226 phone me to find out where I am. I eventually sent a sms to his phone "leave the order. it has been 2 hours since i ordered it and i am leaving now. Thanks".
at 15:59 i received an sms "i am at your gate". by this time i had left work.
at 16:58 i received another sms from him "fak u bch"
I am very upset about the terrible service i received. it took 2 - 3 hours to get lunch and then the delivery guy says "fak u bch". i feel that this has to be addressed!!!
