Cancelled my plans due to VERY LATE delivery

I received an sms from Dial-a-bed saying that I can expect delivery of my bed on the morning 23 April 2013. My fiance and I made plans to see friends on Tuesday evening (23 April). The driver then phoned at 13:30, saying he'd be there at 14:00. My fiance then left work to meet them at home. She phoned 3 times after that, asking where the driver is and eventually left after an hour and a half of waiting.

We were on our way out when the driver phoned at 17:00 saying he's in Secunda, just down the road from us. He said we must come and fetch him - they weren't given a gps. We didn't know where he was so we sat and waited again, until 18:00, when they finally delivered the bed.

I am disappointed in Dial-a-bed's delivery service and they ruined our whole day.
