Replacement of Mattress

On 11 October 2012, I have bought a bed (Base and Mattress) from the mentioned furniture dealer and I was told that it comes with a 20 year guarantee, and have paid cash. During the month of May 2013, I have noticed two humps on the side of the mattress. I have approached the branch with a copy of the original slip and lodged a complain in order to exchange the mattress as the base is still fine, only the mattress is at default. The manager informed me that he will put a complaint through to their head office and will come back to me. After a period of two months no feedback was received and I approached them again. I was told that they will collect and fix the mattress instead of replacing it. For me it is un-acceptable as the mattress is not even a year old and has been used in the guest room.
