I bough a mattress on 15 Dec 2012. After 3 months the mattress started squeeking. I phoned to complain. They said they would exchange the mattress. When they got here to exchange the mattress and saw it was stained they would not exchange it. I said the mattress was bought 3 months ago has a warrantee of 10 years whether it has a stain on or not it should be exchanged as no one is going to buy the mattress as it is faulty. To this day they have not done the exchange or refunded me. To me this is unacceptable. I will never purchase anything from them again.
