I have been dealing with Zando for over a year and and never really had any reason to contact them. Until a shoe I purchased was too small.

I contacted them and told me how to return the item. Also going back on my orders, I realised that an item I had ordered in September was not sent, so I mentioned it. Monique, the contact person was very, very obliging and told me that the item was not despached and that a store voucher would be generated. Unfortunately I deleted the mail, went on vacation and forgot about it.

I recently placed another order and checked on the status of the order. Decided to speak via their chat site. I was actually expecting an automated reply, but yet again I was surprised when some replied. Well to cut a long story short, I once again had the same customer experience. A second lady by the name of Donnique managed to sort out all my queries including the missing item basically within 30 minutes. And the tone of the conversation was real helpful and friendly

Its worth investing in your people. Other companies in SA could very well take a leaf out of your book!!!

Monique and Donnique are rare precious gems. Look after them.
