We bought a Sealy mattress for over R5000 about a month ago. It started sagging from about a week. we phoned Furniture City N1City to report and they said they would speak to the supplier. Until now no one has returned with feedback so I phoned Sealy's head office. They put me through to customer service where no one answered the call. This happened about 10 times. I have emailed them as wel for assistance but no feedback. I am not happy and have a soar back and neck from the ad mattress. R5000 is a lot to pay for a mattress that gives you back ache. It was my impression that Sealy is a good brand, but I will never ever buy a mattress there again if I don't te service ASAP!!!
