Damaged good

I purchased goods (Top loader Samsung washing machine13kg and LG 38LMicro oven at store game store at bloed mall on the 04/10/2012.)The goods were delivered to my place 2days after purchase, The following day I noticed that the plate of the micro oven is broken and later during the day I went to Game at bloed and reported the matter to them, they took my contact details, told me that they will check with the warehouse and the company which delivered the goods. I have been waiting for their call and when I phone them I am taken from one person to another person and still no body can assist me.
I want Game to give me a repalcement plate or they should take their micro oven and refund me back my money.
