Pathetic service

I purchased a washing machine cash from Game Cresta on 05/10/2013 and was advised that it would be dilivered on 07/10/ 2013. I recieved a courtest call on the morning of the 07/10/2013 confirming my details, purchase etc... It is now the 9th and the goods have not been dilivered, I had to call Game after work to find out what was happening and after being sent from pillar to post I still did not get a satisfactory answer as to why the goods were not delivered... Wish I could go demand my money and go to a more trustworthy store... I am disgusted with the service, clearly if I did not call noone was bothered...
