Late Deliveries and no compensation

On the 01 Dec, I went to Game Cresta to buy a fridge and a mini oven stove as I recently just moved into a new place. As it was a sunday, I was promised that the goods will be delivered the next day. I then received the call from one of the agents telling me that my goods are to be delivered on Monday. I knocked off early at work and called Game to tell them that they can deliver my goods preferably at 16h00 which is more convenient for me. On the 02nd Dec the delivery came at 20h00 in the evening and it was raining but the stove was missing when I asked the guy told me the store did not communicate it to him. I called the store the next day and spoke to the Mgr Bhekani and I told him as to what happened and he promised to deliver the stove the same day and promised compensation which he came to deliver the stove himself around 19h00 at night which again I couldn't not cook as it was too late for me. No formal apology was done and the compensation I was promised never happened. Is this the type of service that MassStores prides themselves in???
