False information and no stock on site

On Friday, 18 January 2013 I searched Game's website for a Defy undercounter oven (600). It was marked as on special for R1860.00 and the special would end on Sunday, 20 January 2013. On Sunday, my husband and I drove 38 km's to purchase this oven. When we arrived at the store, we noticed that it was marked R2099.00 - when we confronted the sales lady about it, she pulled a tiny little piece of paper out from the back of the oven and said that it was R1860.00. Did Game plan on charging people R2099.00 if they were not aware of the special advertised on the website??? Secondly, we then told her that we wanted one and were then informed that they are not kept on site and that we would have to drive to Nandi Drive (a further distance) to collect it or pay to have it delivered - the only reason we drove out there that day was to purchase it at THAT price!!! - Not to pay extra for delivery or further km's. This is absolutely unacceptable. You EXPECT to pay the price that is advertised! WE LEFT GAME WITH NO OVEN!
