I went to pick n pay wonderpark on 03/05 & after I paid I realised the washing powder I bought had a hole. I showed the cashier (Thembi) at which she put it aside & flashed her till light for someone to come & exchange it. Meanwhile, the packer (Dineo) was standing there. I waited for over 15 min for the supervisor to see the light & eventually come to the till to hear what the issue was. They told her the washing powder was torn & it needed to be exchanged. She went to the aisle to get a new one but when she came back she brought back the wrong package. After the cashier told her it wasn't the correct one, the supervisor asked the packer to go & fetch the correct one. I feel this could have been done from the beginning that the packer went to exchange! The ladies at wonderpark have an attitude & their customer service is terrible! The packer went to fetch the washing powder & strolls in the shop with NO SENSE OF URGENCY, forgetting that I'm a paying customer & have been waiting at their till for almost 15-20 minutes! None of them even felt a need to apologise for my waiting nor for their supervisors taking long to notice the flashing light of their till! The service appalling
