Great Customer service

I was at the till paying for my goods and found that the 15kg bag of dog foo had torn. I asked the packer if she could get me a other bag, she looks at me like I am being ridiculous and passes remarks to the cashier in xhosa then she looks at me and tells me that I can go fetch a other bag. I said okay and proceeded to get the store manager. I explained to the manager what just happened, he then asked the packer to get a other bag of dog food, then he immediatley closed the till. And took both the cashier and packer to the office to reprimand them. Firstly, I am so happy in the manner in which he handled the staff (they work for the agency) and howhe treated me as a customer. I did not expect that kind of customer service from a retailer in mitchell's plain as we are so use to being treated like common criminals at any other retailer in mitchell's plain. i did not get the managers name but he is the store manager. Keep up the excellent work.
