Pathetic Service

I have shopped and may game stores and it's sad that the one near to me treats its customer's like. The staff stands around doing nothing or watches TV while the customer's must wait for them to finish. I a have been to that store twice and both times I received horrendous service. I stood at the cabinet where the car radios are for 30 minutes agent came to me and asked if I was helped I replied no. he just walked away and I stood for another 15 minutes. I then called the shop whilst standing the store the lady told me to go to the manager who would assist me. Oh well much help he was he just stood there and told one of the agents to help and that's it. No assistance no willingness to assist no nothing as if I am doing him a favor being in the store. I went back to the cabinet and stood there for another 15 mins no one came. I have had bad service but if I can avoid buying at game so be it. PATHETIC, RUDE AND ARROGANT STAFF.
