Most abusive person I have ever dealt with

I received such attitude, disinterest from this man, who disregarded everything I had to say to him about a faulty data modem. He bathmouthed "Larry" from Cresta store, basically called me a, and then stood and shouted at me, whilst his lady manager stood next to him smiling and not saying a word. One of his colleagues actually told him to cool it. His "manageress" finally took over the sent the faulty modem away. When I asked for the man's name, he stuck his face into mine and spelt his name for me!!! I have NEVER been spoken to like this in any store anywhere, ever. I also bet he was not even disciplined because they are all "mates" working together. My phone is now not receiving mms's and I cannot even take myself to walk back into this store. I was so humiliated and angry it has taken me nearly a week to write this.
