I wanted to upgrade one of my contracts so I went into a store at Parow Centre as its on my door step where i work. they advised me that they had no stock of the item I was looking for. I then went to Canal Walk and stood in a line for about 20 minutes only to hear the same reply, but they did advise me to go to the other branch on the other side of the mall as they did have stock available, so I did. I once again stood in a line for about 30 minutes and when i eventually got there, I was told that the system is offline after about 15 minutes and I would have to come back. If the system was off line, why was the shop still open? Could they not have put a notice up or something. I honestly feel like cancelling all my contracts and taking my business else where, where the service is better and more efficient. I honestly didn't mind the long wait, but it was frustrating when i walked away empty handed a third time in a row. Pathetic to say the least.
