Staff have a bad attitude

I went to the Mac store in Clear Water mall - The 2 consultants were busy chatting away - There were 3 customers (myself included) that stood there for a good 5-10 minutes waiting to be acknowledged.

My question to Mac is: Is sales not part of your business? Its a shame that 2 of your ready to purchase customers had to walk away empty handed.

Personally, as a avid mac fan, maybe my money is better spent else where. Customer service surely seems to be lacking at most of your Mac counters (Obviously in the wrong profession if good customer service is not apart of the MAC company policy)- Or maybe this is just a SA thing- I've shopped at Mac in IBIZA and they obviously seem to have sales and customer service as priority.

Most disappointed, soon to be EX fan.
