Bad service

I went to canal walk to pay my accounts. when I got there the shop was empty so I thought it would go quick. there was not anyone in the queue, so I stood in front of the line, but while I was standing there all the guys working behind the tills were all busy unpacking and folding clothes, not acknowledging me or even looking at me. so I stood there like a chop for a minute waiting for service. then when the girl behind the counter eventually looked at me she was more preoccupied by the guy trying on the clothes instore. All this time she didn't greet me, acknowledged or looked at me. She chatted to the girl next to her bout random stuff and her attitude was as if she was irritated by the fact that she has to work on boxing day (and I was also there after work). When she was done she handed me the slips while staring and talking to her buddy next door. I left there feeling very off as that was by far the worst service I have ever received at any store.
