NOT ALLOWED INTO STORE 3HOURS BEFORE CLOSING TIME

Got to Gateway at 3pm & joined the que to get in Game to buy the JVC 46 inch tv on special for R3899. 6pm there was an announcement, they wil not let anymore customers into the store for the rest of the day! This is 3 hours before closing time. I stayed in the que as I waited 3 hours & was right at the front. Another hour passed & they refused to let anyone in, yet so many people came out. Management announced that they still have plenty of stock of the specials & we must come back tomorrow, I seen people coming out the store with the tv I went to buy, when I asked 1 person, they said they stil got it at the special price. Stood in the que for 4hours, took half day off from work, traveled from Pinetown to Gateway & had to pay for parking & I was not allowed in the store! This is very bad service as they should have been letting people in as people came out. We tried to explain to the men in charge but they would not listen. I want to buy this special but I don't want to go all the way to Gateway to be denied entry into the store again. Can an arrangement please be made for me to purchase the special, I don't mind going back to Gateway tomorrow but I must be let into the store to buy
