On Sunday 28 April 2013 my family and I wanted to purchase 2 PS Vita's at CNA. Initially the service we received from Sandile was very good (that was after we had to find someone to help us). Disaster struct at the cashiers. 1st of all my purchase could not be concluded in 1 (I also purchased a number of other goodies). So I had to make 2 payments via my cheque card which I find unacceptable and this will result in unnecessary bank costs. What I also find concerning is that Sandile and Nokuthula had a conversation in their own African language debating this issue. I had to ask 3 times to please proceed with my purchase. The wrong amounts were also rung up for the 2 PSVita's - I had to advise them of that. Lastly I was never advised that the PSVita requires a PSVita card to operate. Surely this should have been advised up front?
We really found this service to be of poor quality and had a bad experience.
