Duplicate card

I am so frustrated, shocked and disappointed. I received. An sms stating that "thank u for ur purchase of R2709.85 on 29/01/2014 @ 2:29 while I was at home with my card n my ID book. I tried calling but they transfered me pills to post but never get help coz I wanted to find out who has dummy card? I so shocked n surprised on how can they use my Mr price account while my particular are with me. How did Mr price consultant approved the purchase without my ID book n original card? How should I trust this retail shop if there is no quality check. The amount that I know and I can prove and pay for is R410. Which I used to purchase airtime online... we no longer safe in this country. tomorrow I'm going to inquire in store at West gate mall where I always purchase. My plan was to close this account coz I'm no longer purchasing clothes... pleas sort this matter out coz I'm not going to pay for things I don't have. If they can't follow the procedures or kyc they must not send people cards just to play with their feelings coz they are fooling people. Fake, poor and lack of knowledge customer service... or they were just making their sales look good to their seniors but don't follow process... f*
