Pathetic customer service guaranteed at Edgars

I selected more than 15 items of baby clothes on sale at Edgars on12 July 2013. After waiting in a long queue, I was told by the cashier, Sandile, that I had to wait for her to go to Customer services to get prices on about 4 unpriced items.15 minutes later Sandile returned without any prices. I asked how much longer must I wait for these prices &she refused to answer my question on 4 occasions. I asked for her manager who was nearby, Hlengiwe, who told me very unapologetically that she cannot tell exactly how long it will take but maybe another 15 to 20 minutes. This was unacceptable to me, so I left the items and sought a senior manager for better service. I spoke to the store manager who took down my details, apologized for the poor customer service and bad attitude of Sandile & Hlengiwe. She tried to get my items that I left at the till to get prices for me so I could make my purchase, but Hlengiwe or Sandile had VERY EFFICIENTLY returned the still unpriced items to the shelves. Another poor customer will have to go through what I did if they select the same unpriced items on the floor. Edgar's is losing customers because of their employees inefficiency & bad attitude
