Atrocious and vile behaviour towards pensioners

Tues, 30 April 2013@15:00, Sasolburg PnP. I witnessed an absolute shameful act of how pensioners are treated by a young white female cashier. The pensioner was very loudly humiliated, denied R200 cash from her FNB card unless she purchased something from the store. Another pensioner had a shopping cart pushed into her belly and denied purchasing a ceramic bowl stored above the meat fridge. She was informed by the floor clerk they were reserved only for black clientele. Is this the type of behaviour and treatment they are expected to get. Shame on you PnP!!! I will never venture into a PnP store again.
