45 year old woman asked if I she was a pensioner!!

I found this highly offensive!! I do realize that it was pensioners day. I have since had a good look in the mirror since then and I do NOT!! see the face of a 60 year old woman staring back at me. I suggest that your staff do NOT ask but WAIT until a pensioner produces their pension card. A woman far younger than the offending party working at the cigarette counter DID NOT ASK ME if i was a pensioner.

I am so offended that words cannot express how I feel, especially when I don't think that I look anywhere near 60 . My husband is 55 with grey hair and HE HAS NEVER BEEN ASKED!! Please explain in what way I could possibly look 60 years old. I'm so offended I'm considering going for cosmetic surgery.

THINK BEFORE YOU OPEN YOUR BIG MOUTH, SURELY IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN CRYSTAL CLEAR THAT I LOOKED CONSIDERABLY YOUNGER THAN THE VAST MAJORITY OF PENSIONERS THAT FREQUENTED YOUR STORE THAT DAY!!

This is how I appeared in the store yesterday, and I DO NOT see the face of a 60 year old woman but a woman of 40 something.
