Pensioners should be compensated

My aunt, a pensioner in her seventies recently booked a trip from Jhb to Nelspruit. A service we have used many times in the past. Unfortunately, she did not get to make her trip. There was a discrepancy about the time she arrived and so the driver left her without calling or informing us or even finding out where we were. When we called, the lady was adamant that they could not help in any way. Surely we can help and serve our elderly a little better.
I am truly disappointed in the treatment of pensioners.
