BUYER BEWARE!

Be sure you know what you require if you shop at CTM! I was sold PORCELAIN TILE ADHESIVE at a R30 higher cost per bag than ceramic tile adhesive for the CERAMIC tiles I purchased! Only found out AFTER the job was completed! When I complained, the reply was that it was too late to do anything about goods that had been used up! Where is your "Goodwill"? It is obvious to anyone that I am a pensioner! Do you always rip female pensioners off? I am VERY hurt and VERY disgusted with this!
