ADT doesnt arrive

My car alarm went off this morning. As I needed to fetch my husband from the airport I pressed the panic button as I wanted ADT to come with me to my garage to check everything was OK. Pressed the panic and received a call at 04:54. I explained my situation and was told a response car was on the way. At 5:05 I phoned ADT and asked where the car was. They told me the response person couldn't get in because of the electric fencing. I live in a complex and am the unit in the centre, I was standing at my bedroom window the whole time so that I could let him in my unit's gate as soon as he arrived. ADT said they would send him back. As I had to leave to fetch my husband from the airport, I waited another 5 minutes and then I locked my kids in the house and checked out the garage myself. All was fine so we all got in the car and left for the airport. At 5:19 the response vehicle called me from the main complex gate. I was already on my way to the airport.
So it didnt end up to be an emergency, but arriving 25minutes late is absolutely unacceptable. I am not impressed and will be investigating alternative security companies
