I Mr Fred Davids of 87 Melsetter Road, Woodlands, Tel 072 316 2870. Cancelled my 3 year contract expired on 16 Sept 2012. Notice to cxancel was given the 11 Sept 2012 at your Pietermarmaritzburg offices.
However to date the debit orders are still recurring despite my request to cancel.
I have today attempted to call your offices to speak to a Customer Service Manager to no avail. Nobody even seems to know a name of their Managers. i spent an entire Hour being transferred beteem Pmb, Cape Town and Jhb. This is totally unacceptable and I would appreciate a written response together with a call from your gen manager.
